Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Masters in any Engineering background
∎ Diploma in any Engineering background preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Computer skill, Knowledge on Trading Business, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the full tender procedure of EOI/RFP/LTM/OTM/DPM/DPP for both manual and tender's (eGp) System.
∎ Co-ordinate monitoring and follow up of all Tender work activities both manual and e-tender's (eGp) system.
∎ Having a good knowledge of procurement procedures and anything that involves the business.
∎ Looking for new tenders in the market, short listing and brief synopsis preparation.
∎ To prepare technical documentation for Pre-Qualification, Tender & Enlistment work.
∎ To Prepare Estimate and Costing as per BOQs of tender for Bid submission.
∎ Setup Negotiation to obtain best prices for tendering.
∎ Participating in pre-bid discussions, Post bid and technical and financial bid openings.
∎ Follow-up with procuring Entity prior to getting work orders.
∎ Maintains relationships with Procuring Entity by providing support, information, and guidance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent knowledge in computer usage.
∎ Microsoft office is a must (including excel and outlook).
∎ Capability to research online thoroughly.
∎ Fast messaging capability on WhatsApp/WeChat/Email and SMS.
∎ Having clear knowledge about all kinds of Bank related documentations.
∎ Knowing how the entire government tender business works and how to bid for a tender from start to finish.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering firms, corporate offices that deal with government tenders.
∎ Candidates are encouraged to apply with their expected salary.
