Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Documentation, HR and Admin, Management, Tendering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Consulting Firms, Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand the full tender procedure of EOI/RFP/LTM etc.
∎ Prepare tender documents
∎ Co-ordinate, monitor and follow up all tender related activities
∎ Look for tender notices in Newspaper and websites regularly
∎ Attend pre-bid discussions, Post bid and technical and financial bid openings
∎ Organize, record and update the company's legal and financial documents regularly
∎ Compose professional documents as per given instructions
∎ Assist in the recruitment process
∎ In a word, anything and everything that comes up concerning the welfare and growth of the company.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent English reading and writing skills are mandatory.
∎ Expertise in MS office, online information searching, online data entry and general soft skills like well manner, elegant attire and punctuality.

Salary: Negotiable
