∎ Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or student counseling roles.
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse individuals.
∎ Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with students' concerns and aspirations.
∎ The goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to provide information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and available support services.
∎ Build rapport with potential students and address their inquiries regarding program details, curriculum, tuition fees, financial aid options, and career prospects.
∎ Utilized effective sales techniques to engage and persuade prospective students to enroll in our programs.
∎ Provide personalized guidance and counseling to students to help them select the most suitable program based on their interests, goals, and academic background.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system and ensure timely follow-up on leads.
∎ Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for lead generation, conversion, and retention.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and educational policies to provide accurate information and advice to students.
∎ Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to enhance sales and counseling skills.
∎ Receive phone calls, respond to clients in social media and keep track of all orders, maintain sales and client database.
∎ Handle customers' query, must be capable to manage customers' requirements, complains over phone.
∎ Gather product knowledge to deliver proper information to customers.
∎ Communication with courier service providers and maintaining delivery records.
∎ Must be well-mannered to maintain excellent communication with all customers.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Overall support the team for increasing sales.
∎ Any other relevant works as assigned by the authority.
∎ Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels
∎ Resolve any technical issues of Mobile phone, laptop & desktops
