∎ Shift: Night Shift (08:00 PM - 05:00 AM)

∎ KPI/Sales Bonus: Earn an extra 5-10k monthly! Transport Allowance: 1,000 BDT after 6 months, 2,000 BDT after 1 year. Free Lunch: After 5 months. Health Insurance: After 1 year. Festival Bonuses: Two per year after 1 year. Increments: After probation, then every 6 months, and annually. Year-End Bonus: For employees exceeding 1 year of employment.
