Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, O Level, A Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Educational background doesn't really matter for us, if you can speak English like a native English speaker and have common-sense then apply.
∎ Skills Required: Call Center, Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Fluent in speaking English, Sales Marketing, Telecommunication Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to the US to sell our products or services.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ Required Agent will have to work NIGHT SHIFT (8:00 PM-5:00 AM) from office.
∎ Excellent track records on MCA Live Transfer, Janitorial/Air Duct Appointment setting will get preference.
∎ HSC, O Level, A-Level, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ We are also hiring Funding Manager (MCA), if you have great experience in chasing deals, you're welcome to apply. The salary package will be negotiable for this position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Do not show up and waste your time if you have bad English because this job is all about English speaking skills, patience & dedication.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 13000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary negotiable based on English speaking skills and Experience.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Attendance Bonus 1000 Tk for Night Shift
∎ Transportation Allowance 1000Tk after 6 months of employment
∎ Free Dinner for Night Shift after 3 months of employment
∎ Year-End Bonus (Half of the Monthly Salary)
∎ You can earn more than 10k on top of your salary as a sales bonus if you are a pro seller.
