∎ Skills Required: Spoken English
Job Context:
∎ 1. Candidates have to make outbound calls to the US to sell our products or services.
∎ 2. Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ 3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage large number of outbound calls to USA / Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "Script" while handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customers' enquirers, selling services / products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Night shift and time management.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
