∎ International Telesales (USA & Canada)
∎ Office Hours: Night Shift - 08:00 PM to 05:00 AM (BST)
∎ Location: Remote (work from home)/Banani Office

∎ Operation: The telesales manager can work from home through the online based software.
∎ Work Days: 6 evenings a week (Sunday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making Cold Calls to Potential Clients in USA/Canada
∎ Developing and maintaining customer relationships.
∎ Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
∎ Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
∎ Provide total support to our ground sales team in Canada.
∎ Achieve daily targets based on KPI
∎ Manage large amounts of Outbound Calls in a timely manner
∎ Collecting Clients feedback and queries
∎ Daily Reports to Supervisor or Line Manager
∎ Preparing weekly and monthly reports
∎ Preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes.
∎ Forecasting and analyzing sales data.
∎ Writing sales scripts and customer answer sheets.
∎ Implementing sales strategies.
∎ Hiring telesales executives
∎ Supervising a telesales team (2 to 3)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience working in call center
∎ Excellent Communication skills with customers in appropriate accent
∎ Good command in Microsoft office and CRM software specially excel for daily reporting
∎ Basic computer knowledge, intermediate skills on Google Docs, Sheets and Microsoft Office programs
∎ Basic knowledge on operating online software's
∎ Personal Desktop / Laptop with Webcam facility
∎ Good & Stable internet connection

∎ Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Month, plus sales commission (Depending on experience)
