Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead Engagement: Contact potential leads via calls or WhatsApp and introduce them to available courses, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and opportunities.
∎ Scheduling Demo Classes: Coordinate with leads and arrange demo class sessions as part of the enrollment process. Ensure all demo sessions are scheduled at convenient times for the leads.
∎ Lead Conversion: Work in close collaboration with the sales team to ensure that leads who attend demo classes are converted effectively into customers. Provide the sales team with all necessary information about the leads to aid in the conversion process.
∎ Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with leads before and after demo classes to ensure their attendance, gather feedback, and address any concerns they may have.
∎ Lead Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all leads and interactions in the system to track the progress of the lead conversion process.
∎ Customer Support: Answer queries related to the courses, programs, and demo sessions, providing accurate information and addressing any concerns or questions.
∎ Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status of leads, demo class schedules, and conversions to the head of communication and sales team.
∎ Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are adequately nurtured and that all necessary steps are taken to convert them into active participants in the courses.
∎ As a telesales executive in the call center, you will be responsible for engaging potential leads, ensuring their attendance at the office, and coordinating demo class sessions for courses. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are nurtured and converted effectively. Your role is crucial in generating interest, scheduling demos, and ensuring a seamless transition from the lead phase to sales closure
