Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to the client's query over the phone and email.
∎ Sales Target.
∎ Candidates with at least 2 years of experience can apply.
∎ Attend inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Coordinate with customer support departments to provide smooth and quality client services.
∎ Maintain customer Excel billing sheet and call them to update their account information.
∎ Do all kinds of needful to meet individual and team sales targets.
