Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make calls to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries & complaints instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls with required conversation time.
∎ Collect feedback
∎ Must be willing to work in Govt. holidays.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Result-driven with a focus on achieving target.
∎ Make Report to Supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Computer Literacy is must, English & Bangla typing ability.
∎ Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
