Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Call Center, Customer Support through Phone, Digital Market or Facebook Page, Ecommerce, Tele Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive & make calls to the customers.
∎ Capable to handle customer queries & complaints instantly.
∎ Capable to handle Inbound/outbound calls.
∎ Collect customer feedback.
∎ Must be able to work by shifting & willing to work in Govt holidays.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Positive attitude and self-motivated.
∎ Make Report to Supervisor.
∎ Office Time will be 11.00 am to 8.00 pm
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
∎ Computer Literacy is must, English & Bangla typing ability.
∎ Experienced candidates will get high preference.
∎ Ability to navigate through software applications.
∎ Responsible, reliable, highly energetic, polite and hardworking and Punctual.
∎ The cooperative and challenging mentality to work with team members.
∎ Communicate clearly over the phone and demonstrate good listening skills.
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in Bangla & English
