∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BPO Industries, client handling, Clilent Convincing Power, Email Marketing, International Call Center, Telemarketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center, IT Enabled Service, Multinational Companies, Software Company
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
∎ Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
∎ Answering customers' questions on the products.
∎ Meeting sales quotas.
∎ B2B & B2C marketing by making outbound calls (Europe & USA)
∎ Email Marketing
∎ Finding Prospective clients
∎ Submitting price quote and nondisclosure
∎ agreement
∎ Records client details and follow up regularly
∎ Attaining monthly target
∎ Cooperating with the Marketing department
∎ Having Face to face conversation mentality
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Fluently Speaking English and client convince ability is MUST
∎ Excellent communication skill
∎ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ Working knowledge of relevant Image editing & Graphic design-related company.
∎ Experience working in International Call Center (Graphic Design & Image Editing Company) will get priority.
∎ The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
