Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduates from any discipline (Major in Marketing preferred)
∎ 1-2 Years experience in tele sales will be preferred but not mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make sales over phone calls.
∎ Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
∎ Providing information to customers.
∎ Monitoring sales performance.
∎ Closing sales deals.
∎ Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.
∎ Updating customer details.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 7800 - 10000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
