Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Telecommunication Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Transport Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attain phone calls and transfer accordingly.
∎ Receive visitors/guests/outsiders and guide them to the respective personnel as required.
∎ Received all types of documents, deliver these properly and maintain records.
∎ Dispatch outgoing letters properly and maintain records.
∎ Check Telephone lines on a regular basis to ensure smooth operations, and raise complaints to the BTTB office or relevant department for rectification.
∎ Maintain complaint book, contact the service provider, and ensure proper maintenance by taking signatures after repair of the intercom line/set.
∎ Keep note of all operating systems of the PABX including the lock/unlock system.
∎ Keep a record of all telephone numbers and update the intercom list including all other sister concerns.
∎ Any other activity assigned by the management from time to time.
