∎ Lead and monitor a team of telemarketers.
∎ Quality checks and ensure that the standard of work is maintained according to the company’s expectations.
∎ Ensure that the team meets the daily, monthly, and yearly KPI targets.
∎ Conduct assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and training.
∎ Support HR with the onboarding of a new employee.
∎ Maintain complete knowledge of all services and products.
∎ Proactively share existing challenges faced by the team and propose solutions.
∎ Analyze data to better understand trends and prepare reports for the management.To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
∎ Experience in Telemarketing / Sales/ Management with leadership experience, preferably as a Telemarketing team lead, with a focus on live chat interactions in the relevant industry or virtual environment.
∎ Proficient in English and Bangla with strong written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, motivating teams to achieve objectives.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, and Google Applications.
∎ Analytical mindset to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
∎ Adaptability to changing priorities and a fast-paced environment.
∎ Proactive problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
∎ Availability for 10-hour Day and Night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
∎ Equipped with a personal PC, fast tying, and reliable internet.
