Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
∎ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
∎ You need to make outbound calls to USA to sell our product & services.
∎ Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
∎ Answering customers’ questions on the products.
∎ You need to ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointment.
∎ Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system.
∎ Receiving calls & customers enquiries and selling services/ products over telephone as per the instruction provided.
∎ Meeting sales quotas.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 14 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 Years of Experience in B2B, B2C Cold Calling, Telemarketing in Any International Call Center
∎ Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is MUST.
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
∎ Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
∎ The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
