∎ Age 18 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ✔ Fluently Speaking English and Good sales ability is required.
∎ ✔ Calls prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
∎ ✔ Manage a large number of outbound calls to USA/Canada customers in a timely manner.
∎ ✔ Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
∎ ✔ Asking questions to understand customer needs and close sales.
∎ ✔ Use scripts to provide information about the product/ service’s features; etc. and present their benefits.
∎ ✔ Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
∎ ✔ Experience working in International Call Centre will get priority.
∎ ✔ Fresher’s & under graduated are highly recommended for this Job if they are fluent in English.
∎ ✔ Experienced applicants will have an opportunity to get promoted to Team Leader or Closer
∎ ✔ Telemarketing training will be provided without fees.
