Online (web/ e-mail) Support, Tele Marketing, Telemarketing, telesales
Job Context:
∎ Candidates will have to make the outbound B2B calls.
∎ Driving capability and desire for IT product (website, e-commerce, digital marketing) sales & marketing.
∎ Competent skills in using a computer, especially in MS Word, MS Excel and Internet browsing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make outgoing calls to people and deliver prepared sales talks.
∎ Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services.
∎ Explain technical product or service information to customers.
∎ Answer customer questions about goods or services.
∎ To try and sell the products and services to people.
∎ Need to generate more leads from the people out called.
∎ Need to Support online chat software, Typing speed need to high.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply as it's very much suitable for them.
∎ The post is for Lead generation, must focus on Sales Target.
∎ Must have ability on multi tasking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 34 years
