Job Context:
∎ The Telemarketing Executive`s responsibilities include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, and documenting customer information, purchases, and reactions.
∎ The Telemarketing Representative must have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You will work closely with senior management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Team, and Production Management Team to develop and execute strategies and tact that drive revenue growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and foster a positive workplace culture.
∎ Office located at Mirpur DOHS. So we are looking for candidates close to this place.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Candidates have to make outbound calls to the USA Europe & Australia to communicate with the targeted potential clients in order to convey our retouching solutions and eventually drive them to the appointment and purchase.
∎ 2.Develop and implement telemarketing campaigns aligned with company objectives and sales goals.
∎ 3. Analyse market trends and customer needs to tailor campaigns for maximum impact.
∎ 4. Prepare and present regular reports on telemarketing activities, outcomes, and areas for improvement.
∎ 5. Demonstrates strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
∎ 6. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and customers through effective communication.
∎ 7. Ability to work Day or Evening shift
∎ 8. Office time : 2.00 PM to 10.00 PM
