∎ Area of Business: Call center, BPO Industries, Telemarketing, Customer Support Service.
∎ Preferred Skill: Cold Calling, Inbound, Outbound call, SEO, Graphic Design, Video Editing.
∎ Applicants must be fluent in English and be able to work at night shift (8.00 pm to 5.00 AM)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers.
∎ Setting up appointment and generating Tele sales in USA, Canada, UK and Australian market.
∎ Taking outbound / Inbound calls to reach target customers and generation of leads or appointment setting.
∎ Recording customers data to identify their expectations and behaviors.
∎ Record keeping, Data processing and Database update.
∎ To Follow administration rules and comply all instructions from management.
∎ Serving to USA, Canada, UK and Australian customers.
