Job Context:
∎ Telemarketing executive For Photo Editing Agency
∎ Working hours- 09:00 am to 5:00 pM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience within INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER Or Telesale experience in USA, Europe.
∎ Telesales / Telemarketing / Appointment settings by phone call as per instruction.
∎ Manage Inbound/outbound calls & Chat Services
∎ Candidates should give clear information to the customer about our products.
∎ Candidates should elasticity personal performance report to the concerned authority.
∎ Handle B2B customers/clients with care and sincerity.
∎ Day-to-day planning and report management ability.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with training/experience in the field of Customer Service/ Call Center will be given preference.
∎ Applicants must have a good knowledge of English and an eye for detail, as they will have to communicate with our clients via live chat, email & live calls.
∎ Self-motivated and willing to work within the SHIFT TIME with consistency.
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may arise during maintaining teams

Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
∎ Attractive Sales Incentive
