Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ HSC/ A-Level and graduation from any background.

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Support through Phone
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): BPO/ Data Entry Firm, Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Context:
∎ Telemarketing Executive, International Call Center agent for Night Shift (9PM to 6AM ) or BD Time.
∎ Please don`t apply if you are not comfortable working at night shift.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to make outbound calls to USA customers in a timely manner.
∎ Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures
∎ Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets.
∎ Generate new sales or subscriptions to the different services offered.
∎ Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
∎ And provide them information about the resolution of the same.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills in English
∎ Experience in International Call Center will get preference
∎ Fluency in Spoken English is a must.
∎ Experience in MCA campaign and Janitorial campaign will get first priority.
∎ Not afraid of working at Night Shift (8 PM to 5 AM)

Salary: Negotiable
