∎ Skills Required: Call Centre Supervision/ Management, Telemarketing, Digital Marketing, Call Center, Cold Calling, call center training, Fluent in speaking English

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This is a permanent job with a guaranteed salary (on time) for those who speak and understand English properly and fluently.
∎ Candidates have to work 8 to 10 hours between 8 PM to 7 AM, Monday to Friday.
∎ Candidates are paid monthly based. Everyone has to perform 100% when any official work is given by the office.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a night shift job and candidates need to work from the office. Office hours may vary between (8:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
∎ Working as a remote/virtual executive for various overseas companies.
∎ Back office support (administrative, cold calling, customer service, CRM & etc.)
∎ Coordinating with the team members to ensure the success of the project.
∎ Statistical analysis and reporting to the supervisor.
∎ 5 days in a week.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Result-oriented without any excuses
∎ Multi-tasker (Able to talk and write at the same time)
∎ Able to work at night shift, Monday to Friday (starting 8:00 PM till 7:00 AM or onwards) and govt. holidays also. No leaves for exams or classes at all!

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly). Salary is paid on each month within 1st week.

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays.
∎ Salary Review: Half yearly.
∎ Festival Bonus: 2(Yearly).
∎ Free dinner will be provided after 3 months' probation period.
∎ Unlimited Tea/coffee/ during office.
