Job Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients.
- Explain Artisive's value proposition, focusing on efficiency, cost savings, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and book demos.
- Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
- Call our customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
- Follow up with customers regularly.
- Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's Service Packages, especially Corporate Services.
- Create daily reports.
