  • Must have good Knowledge of Email Communications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Connect with potential clients.
  • Explain Artisive's value proposition, focusing on efficiency, cost savings, and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to qualify leads and book demos.
  • Maintain records of calls and client interactions.
  • Call our customers and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns patiently.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers.
  • Follow up with customers regularly.
  • Call clients and customers to inform them about the company's Service Packages, especially Corporate Services.
  • Create daily reports.
