∎ Make outbound and handle inbound calls to potential customers to present our services.
∎ Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts and maximize lead generation.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

∎ We are looking for an experienced Telemarketer to join our team, responsible for reaching out to potential clients and converting them into customers. As we provide offshore graphic design services, most of our clients are based in the US, UK, and other English-speaking countries. A strong command of the English language is essential for success in this role.
