∎ Ability to analyze data and make decisions to improve sales performance.
∎ Familiarity with CRM systems and tele sales software.
∎ Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
∎ Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead, coach, and motivate a team of tele sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
∎ Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and create individual development plans.
∎ Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
∎ Foster a positive, results-driven team culture.
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales objectives.
∎ Support the team with effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.
∎ Ensure that tele sales representatives are meeting call quotas and conversion targets.
∎ Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
∎ Address customer queries and concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
∎ Work with marketing and other teams to refine sales approaches and strategies based on customer feedback.
∎ Conduct ongoing training sessions to improve the sales skills and product knowledge of team members.
∎ Identify areas for improvement and implement coaching plans to increase sales performance.
∎ Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
∎ Provide feedback to senior management regarding team progress, challenges, and areas of improvement.
∎ Use CRM software to track leads, conversions, and follow-ups.
∎ Ensure the team follows all relevant policies, regulations, and company standards.
∎ Ensure that tele sales calls are conducted with professionalism and in compliance with relevant laws (e.g., GDPR, Do Not Call regulations).
