Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide information to questions about a product, pricing, and details.
∎ Customer Service Representative having good verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Able to work beyond the office hour.
∎ Day-to-day planning and report management ability.
∎ Should have self-supervision skills and performance management skills.
∎ Understand all the situations and take responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Telecommunication. (If any) (1-2 years).

Salary:
∎ Amount/Negotiable ( 15000-25000) tk.
