Job Responsibilities:
∎ Outbound Calling: Place a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script or talking points.
∎ Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to prospects.
∎ Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information about customer needs, interests, and budget constraints.
∎ Sales Pitch: Deliver persuasive sales pitches to potential customers and address any objections or questions they may have.
∎ Closing Sales: Close deals by convincing customers to make a purchase or take a desired action, such as scheduling an appointment or requesting more information.
∎ Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions with customers, including call outcomes, lead information, and sales progress.
∎ Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and convert them into paying customers.
∎ Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
∎ Compliance: Adhere to all relevant telemarketing regulations and company policies.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 13000 (Monthly)
