Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
∎ Selling Membership over the phone and meet assigned revenue target given by the organization.
∎ Explaining the Service detail’s and how to use the packages.
∎ Understanding customer requirements and encouraging them to upgrade/renew the matrimony packages.
∎ Providing the right customer experience.
∎ Assist customers in matchmaking services using our specialized computer systems.
∎ Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
∎ Maintain and update client profiles and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
∎ Proactively approach potential clients to explain our services and build long-term relationships.
∎ Coordinate with team members to provide seamless matchmaking and customer support.
∎ Handle sensitive client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
∎ Job Purpose: To focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online/Offline over phone to the new and existing customers and maintaining relationships effectively.
∎ Key Responsibilities:

∎ Employment Status: Full Time (6 days a week).
∎ Working Hours: 10am - 6pm (Morning Shift) or (2.00pm - 9.00 pm (Evening Shift))
