∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but Educational qualification is relax able for candidates with experience in telemarketing.

∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
∎ Proficient in using computers and telecommunication tools.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct telemarketing calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate services.
∎ Maintain and update customer databases with accurate contact information and call logs.
∎ Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities.
∎ Provide information about properties, pricing, and availability to interested clients.
∎ Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients post-viewing.
∎ Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
∎ Assist in developing telemarketing strategies and scripts to improve conversion rates.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve overall business goals.
