∎ The Position: We`re looking for an experienced mechanical technician to support the North End`s various facilities functions in role of Technician.
∎ Reports To: Facilities Supervisor.
∎ The Location: North End Coffee Roasters is based in Shahzadpur, Dhaka on Pragati Sharani.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining all the equipment/machineries of the company's roastery and bakery in proper working condition by providing support to ensure optimum production in all segments.
∎ Repair and maintenance of all coffee making equipment (espresso machines, grinders etc) in the company's cafes and in external client's cafés.
∎ Optimizing equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality.
∎ Keeping Maintenance record regularly.
∎ Providing training to subordinates.
∎ Planning & executing preventive maintenance as per schedule.
∎ Ensuring availability of spare parts for machine breakdown and maintenance issues.
∎ Identifying & implementing various measures to improve the efficiency of the machineries.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-7 years' experience in boiler and chiller operation in heavy industries or in an engineering firm will be ad added advantage.

Salary:
∎ This post falls within North End`s salary grade B (BDT 17,500 - BDT 37,500) commensurate with experience and skills.
