Job Context:
∎ An exclusive and sophisticated apartment building at Banani, Dhaka is looking for an energetic, smart, sincere, honest, and stable career conscious person for the position of Technician cum Building Supervisor with the below-mentioned qualifications.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka. An accommodation may be offered to the candidate who needs it.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all electrical equipment of the building such as Generator, Lifts, Lightings, Security cameras, Water pumps etc. and to fix the general electrical issues.
∎ Maintain all plumbing equipment and to fix general plumbing issues.
∎ Maintain the swimming pool and execute the routine cleaning job with the support of building cleaners.
∎ Maintain building security through supervising the building security guard's, maintaining their duty rosters.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of the building common areas as per the set standard by the building authority through supervising the cleaner's job actions.
∎ Maintain relationship with the external service providers for equipment such as Generator, Lifts etc. and ensure and supervise the on time execution of routine maintenance jobs.
∎ Ensure discipline within the building and to maintain a calm and peaceful environment through managing the movements and etiquettes of resident's drivers, maids or any other supporting staffs.
∎ Provide supports to any emergency need of the building residents to ensure their convenience and to act to any duty may assigned by the building authority.
∎ To maintain documents and to report building authority following the prescribed format.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 2 to 3 year(s) experience in related fields will be preferred.

∎ Will be offered and set as per candidate`s qualification judged through an interview process
