Job Context:
∎ We, a leading power Generation and Electro-Mechanical Company having international collaboration are looking for a dedicated and committed dynamic Technical Training Instructor, who can join and strengthen our existing dynamic Team of Training Professionals in Training Organization.
∎ Interested incumbents should meet the following competencies and professional profiles:
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and Design technical training materials according to the Technical Training Requirement.
∎ Expertise in conducting training & workshops for technical persons/technicians of the Service Division.
∎ Must have training expertise in the tech field (generators and heavy machinery) to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas.
∎ Plan, develop, and provide training and employee development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
∎ Working on Training Evaluation/Assessment and training ROI and providing recommendations for improvement.
∎ Hands-on experience in training evaluation and assessments and designing training curriculum.
∎ Other assignments relating to the training and development in alignment with the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5-8 years of experience as Technical Instructor in large organization.
∎ Hands-on experience with the Engine, Machine & other Heavy Equipments.
∎ Hands on computers, MS Office suite and other software and applications.
∎ Instructors/Training Professionals from Political Institutes and Large Production/Manufacturing Organizations and
∎ Professionals from MAWTS/German /UCEP Technical Institute etc. will be given preference.
∎ Should be an excellent result-oriented dynamic team player with strong analytical skills and aptitude.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
∎ Should be Well Groomed, Self-Starter, Proactive, Positive, and Pleasant Personality with a strong attitude to work with challenging and ever-demanding situations.
∎ Strong teaching and mentoring experience and
∎ Advanced technical skills in e-learning.
