Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Engineering Maintenance, Technical Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare and conduct technical training programs on machine components in groups or individually.
∎ Prepare training material and lesson plan.
∎ Determine course content according to training objectives.
∎ Collaborate with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training programs and components.
∎ Communicate effectively and proactively with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and design team.
∎ Create instructor materials (course outlines, background material, instructional materials, and training aids).
∎ With supervision, manage training resources (people and material) to ensure deliverables are completed in scope and on schedule.
∎ Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues, logistics etc.
∎ Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
∎ Stay up-to-date on technical knowledge by attending education workshops, classes and reading publications.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as technical trainer/maintenance engineer.
∎ Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools in technical subjects.
∎ Experience in designing technical course content.
∎ Working knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowds.
∎ Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
∎ Certification such as CBT&A Level 4 (Assessor) in Machine Shop Practice will be an added advantage.
