Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide a best-in-class service to clients and co-workers.
∎ Become a subject matter expert in company's technical support, technology, and workflows.
∎ Remotely train and troubleshoot with users on company's technology.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks and projects as needed.
∎ Automated and manual configuration and installation of computing hardware and software.
∎ Windows OS configuration, support and management.
∎ Working with other members of the Client Services team to test, establish, and maintain standard practices, processes, and technical components.
∎ Maintaining an adequate inventory of standard hardware (computers, monitors, printers) and spare parts to allow rapid resolution of hardware troubleshooting calls.
∎ Sharing in the management, training and supervision of Student Employees.
∎ Working with members of the Purchasing team to obtain quotes, approvals, and place orders for technology purchases.
∎ Working with other ITS staff to advise campus members on technology purchases.
∎ Writing documentation and knowledge base articles on applications and procedures.
∎ Backing-up front-line HelpDesk staff.
∎ Building and maintenance of servers in support of client and/or IT services.
∎ Providing first-level wiring infrastructure support.
∎ Configuring and supporting campus telecommunications systems.
∎ Working with external vendors to provide various campus repairs and services.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Have access to WIFI from home
∎ Have own Computer / home office set up
∎ Speak , Read and Write in English
∎ Customer-focused mentality
∎ Ability to make decisions in high priority scenarios and take ownership in effectively resolving problems.
∎ Ability to explain processes to clients and coworkers in a detailed and organized manner.
∎ Enjoy interacting with people remotely.
∎ Highly proficient and comfortable with technology and spoken English.
∎ A Level, BA/ BS, or in the process of completing degree preferred.
∎ Minimum of 3+ years' experience in client/technical support roles where technology played a key role.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Weekly 2 holidays
