Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical Support Engineer of installation, commissioning, maintenance, overhauling, troubleshooting of gym equipment software and hardware.
∎ Technical Support Engineer in optimizing the maintenance schedule and giving feedback on the effectiveness of preventive maintenance activities.
∎ Able to learn product function, specification & features through an E-learning platform.
∎ Should be able to operate CRM software(Salesforce) and any other relevant software operation.
∎ Overall responsibility of Operation & maintenance Services, maintenance planning, implementing & maintaining maintenance management system.
∎ Participate in troubleshooting and failure analysis to ensure the problem doesn't repeat.
∎ As a Technical support Engineer capable of taking online and offline product training by foreign trainers.
∎ Execution of scheduled, routine, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
∎ Coordinate with other maintenance technicians for smoother execution.
∎ Report work progress and budget matters to authority.
∎ Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical or electronic equipment troubleshooting.
∎ Must know email correspondence with suppliers or manufacturers and corporate clients.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good at English (Speaking, Writing, and Listening)

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
