Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years' experience in National and/or International NGOs including at least 3 years working experience in HIV/AIDS program especially with Key population interventions
∎ Knowledge of essential clinical services and methodologies for targeted intervention with key populations
∎ In-depth knowledge on HIV prevention activities with KPs, targeting injecting drug users, people living with HIV is desirable
∎ Demonstrated skills, experience and knowledge in targeted interventions in the context of HIV and AIDS, proven experience for conduction of training for clinical staffs on STI Management, ART, OST, Co-infection management, HIV testing services and infection prevention issues.
∎ Experience in program planning and capacity building initiatives.
∎ Should have Ability to analyze information, evaluate options and to think and plan strategically.
∎ Skilled in collection, analysis and presentation of assessment data
∎ Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with proven ability in providing OJT, coaching, and mentoring of field level technical staff
∎ Skilled in conceptualizing strategies, programs, and plans and overseeing the management and implementation of targeted intervention
∎ Fluency in written and spoken English and excellent skill in MS office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Power point.
