Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify potential customers in the cement industry and generate new leads
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer sites
∎ Provide technical support to existing customers and resolve any technical issues that arise
∎ Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our cement grinding aid products
∎ Prepare technical proposals and presentations to highlight the value proposition of our products
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and materials
∎ Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends
∎ Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers
∎ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and market trends
∎ Any other task as and when assigned by competent authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Strong technical knowledge of cement production and grinding aid application
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
∎ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
∎ Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
Salary: Negotiable
