Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in EEE/ Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installation of Fire Hydrant & Detection System, Sprinkler System, Fire Door, LPS System & Fire Pump.
∎ Testing & Commissioning of Fire Hydrant & Detection System.
∎ Need to prepare reports of Project Handover according to RSC Standard & & planning of projects & works schedule.
∎ Troubleshoot any problem regarding Fire Protection & Detection system.
∎ Need to supervise the Project Manpower & need to prepare Project Budget (Costing) & implementation of costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs and rate analysis.
∎ Review the project in detail & need to Handover the complete project within the time period.
∎ Ensure the quality of work at every phase by maintaining proper standard.
∎ Coordinate with design team regarding project.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department, ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Review the work progress on a day, weekly & monthly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations.
∎ To ensure site stores are well maintained, protected and secure with no excess unused materials.
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical experience in Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Fire Protection & Detection System.
∎ Good understanding of BNBC, RSC, NTPA, NFPA standards.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Excellent knowledge on International codes & standards.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal).
∎ Excel, MS Project would be beneficial.
∎ Should be hardworking and Self-motivated.
∎ Should have excellent Team Building capability managing and motivating large teams.
Salary: Negotiable
