Responsibilities & Context:
Global Shoes Ltd., a foreign equity-based Leather and Footwear manufacturing industry is inviting application form Bangladeshi & foreign nationals.
- Utilize your professional knowledge.
- Oversee the full footwear production process, including pattern making, sample development, and quality control.
- Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications and international standards. Coordinate with the production, planning, and QA teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify production issues and provide technical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Monitor material consumption, wastage, and production cost control. Lead, guide, and train technical and production teams when required.
- Maintain effective communication with buyers, merchandisers, and suppliers.
