Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering from recognized university.
∎ Diploma on Procurement / Value Chain will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the construction & related maintenance works of the organization, estimation of civil work & site supervision;
∎ Plan & Manage construction work and general maintenance of the organizational logistics facilities;
∎ Design and drawing of the structure with most cost-effective manner;
∎ Assess the quality of input construction material and monitor proper use of those.
∎ Monitor and ensure quality of all works relates to construction, maintenance and procurement.
∎ Deal with different suppliers & contractors for supply of materials for different construction and post construction and completing the tasks in timely manner in consultation with the line management and respective supervisor.
∎ Maintain and monitor safety measures at the construction site.
∎ Purchase materials, parts, components with approved price and quality required for construction, installation and general maintenance.
∎ Prepare the detailed estimates of the designed structures, specifications of the materials and methodologies to be used in construction works;
∎ Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blue prints, aerial photographs and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics and related topographical and geologic data;
∎ Manage and control procurement activities of the organization as per the policy.
∎ Ensure day-to-day procurement support as per organizational and donor procurement policies, procedures and requirements;
∎ Prepare RFQ for approved received PR with understanding PR product specification and circulate RFQ to enlisted potential supplier following threshold level.
∎ Prepare CS, bill summary and other supporting documents to ensure bill submission to finance on time.
∎ Collect quotation, bill, challan, voucher from the respective vendors and MRR timely.
∎ Preserve all files and procurement document (hardcopy & softcopy);
∎ Conduct sourcing of new potential suppliers, update vendor enlistment documents time to time and keep updated the vendor list;
∎ Ensure compliance, VAT and TAX as per government rules and regulations in all procurement process.
∎ Perform other duties relevant to as required assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Auto CAD 2D 3D, Auto CAD Designing, Structural Design
∎ Ability to work hard and coordinate with the higher Management.
∎ Ability to work in a team with professional norms and values
∎ Problem diagnosis and solving ability in technical aspects with appropriate knowledge.
∎ Good command in procurement and purchase of all construction and other goods and services with appropriate price, quantity and quality.
∎ Ability to arrange appropriate contractors, suppliers, workman for assigned job and get the work done ensuring perfect workmanship.
∎ Preparation of BOQ for any construction and maintenance works.
∎ Computer skills on word processing, spreadsheet, Internet applications and relevant computer programs.
∎ Excellent writing and oral Communication skills particularly in Bangla and English.
∎ Proven Experience in performing the said responsibilities.
Salary: Tk. 50000 (Monthly)
