Educational Requirements:
∎ H.S.C/ Bachelor with practical experienced
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Working method should be easy to understand.
∎ Sewing techniques and handling should improve continuously.
∎ Introduce methods to prevent defects from the needle point.
∎ Need close co-ordination with IE department for continuous improvement.
∎ Need to solve all sort of quality problems in cutting, sewing and finishing.
∎ Co-ordinate with buyers, buying offices for continual improvements.
∎ Sound knowledge of all types of sewing machines mechanical system.
∎ Ability to handle all types of sewing machines and making sample.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Knowledge of fabric constructions and fabric behaviors
∎ Capable to handle all types of office management software like, office XP, ERP, CAD.
∎ Can capable accurate time & action plan.
∎ Capable to understand perfect marker consumption & booking.
∎ Capable of all types of fashion pattern, specially in woven top.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Quality Control/Audit, Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Production Management (Finishing)
∎ Experienced on related field.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
