Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Practical mobile phone repair experience
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for running and managing the company's technical support and dedicated engineer.
∎ Arrange and conduct all kinds of technical training.
∎ Implement and manage defined technical support processes, procedures and KPI.
∎ Define and manage the QA/QC testing process for all software and hardware releases.
∎ Define and manage the device troubleshooting process for all software and hardware releases.
∎ Direct management of the repair technicians and ensuring all repairs are carried out safely and to the highest standards possible.
∎ Maintaining the company's online support systems, including ticketing, Knowledge base articles and support documentation.
∎ Making 360 degree technical analysis report, issue tracking report, daily, weekly & monthly report.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have patience & competence to work under pressure.
∎ Willing to work extended hours and work on holidays.
∎ Understand, interpret, reproduce, and find the problems. Perform Root cause Analysis.
∎ Must be computer literate and able to produce different analytical report and statements independently.
∎ Fluent in English languages (written and speaking).
