Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS), preferably with Masters in Public Health (MPH) or related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The overall purpose of this position is to ensure technical standard and quality of Maternal, Neonatal, Child and Adolescent Health, and Reproductive Health (MNCAH-RH) services in Health Posts (HPs) and Primary Health Care Center (PHCC).
∎ S/he will develop/adopt technical guidelines/protocols for the planned MNCAH-RH services, prepare and implement capacity building plan for project and partners staff, and keep functioning of technical supervision/follow-up and feedback mechanism through.
∎ S/he will lead quality assurance team of emergency health program and organize periodic reviews of health facilities and service providers' performance and take necessary corrective measures like organize refresher training/coaching/mentoring.
∎ S/he will also coordinate with district/ upazilla level Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOH&FW) Managers for ensuring regular supply of routine EPI vaccines and FP commodities, and other required support. In addition to that s/he will organize periodic visits MOH&FW District/Upzila Managers to HPs and PHCC for keep them updated about SC health programming.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6 years of relevant field experience, including 3 years in management position, preferably in technical support in emergency Health program.
∎ Demonstrated track record of working with local counterparts to promote the use of program.
∎ Sound knowledge on the Bangladesh health system; experience in working with UN Agencies and other stakeholders in both development and emergency setting.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work within a tight timeframe,
∎ Excellent leadership skills and experience in managing teams.
∎ Excellent analysis and report writing skills is essential.
∎ Good in written and spoken English.
∎ Proficiency on computer using, MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc.
