Education: Core Competencies to Apply: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field; practical HVAC maintenance experience will also be considered. Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and maintenance practices. Familiarity with HVAC tools, equipment handling, and troubleshooting techniques. Ability to understand basic technical drawings and maintenance manuals is preferred. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on-site and support field-level technical operations.

Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and servicing of HVAC systems, including air conditioners, ventilation, and cooling units. Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure efficient HVAC system performance. Assist in troubleshooting HVAC equipment and identifying operational faults. Monitor system performance, temperature controls, and routine inspection activities. Support cleaning, replacement, and servicing of filters, ducts, and mechanical components. Maintain maintenance logs, service records, and technical documentation. Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and vendors during maintenance and repair works. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and operational procedures.
