Education: Core Competencies to Apply: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or relevant technical field; hands-on experience in BMS or automation systems will also be considered. Basic understanding of Building Management Systems, electrical systems, and control panels. Familiarity with HVAC, lighting control, fire alarm, or access control systems is preferred. Ability to use technical tools, testing equipment, and troubleshooting techniques. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on-site and handle technical support activities.

Responsibilities & Context: Responsibilities: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS). Support troubleshooting and monitoring of HVAC, lighting, access control, fire alarm, and other automation systems. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth system operations. Assist engineers during testing, commissioning, and system upgrades. Prepare basic technical reports, maintenance logs, and documentation. Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and site teams for operational support. Respond to technical issues and provide on-site assistance when required.
