Job Context:
∎ Internship: 1 Month
∎ Working Hours: 6 hours
∎ Working Days: 6 Days a Week
∎ Shift: 9 am to 3 pm or 6 pm to 12 am

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Answer customer queries over the phone, WhatsApp, or live chat
∎ Produce sales through phone call
∎ Make outbound calls as needed
∎ Answer customer calls, assist in completing customer orders
∎ Answer customer queries over the phone

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Honors/BBA 2nd, 3rd-year students can also apply for this position
∎ Computer Literacy is a must
∎ Good typing speed in both Bengali & English (30 WPM)

Salary: Tk. 7000 - 7500 (Monthly)
