Job Context:
∎ Protein Market Limited is looking to hire Team Leader Telesales .
∎ Good communication skill with leadership skill is highly required for this position.
∎ We are searching for someone who is self-motivated and can work under pressure.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication Culture in call centre.
∎ Responsible for Setting clear team goals (Outgoing calls) and day to day operation.
∎ Manage the Rotational leaves in his/her team according to that performance (Business reminders) is not hampered.
∎ Responsible for team performance (Customer service/Tele-sales) and parameters set by management.
∎ Responsible for Escalation management in his/her team.
∎ Responsible for attendance management and manpower management according to attendance parameters.
∎ Responsible for call quality maintaining in his/her team.
∎ Delegating tasks and set deadlines(Tele-sales targets, Call targets) for his/her internal team
∎ Responsible for discovering training needs and coaching of his/her team.
∎ Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to understand and communicate with English language
∎ Team leadership
∎ Team leader experience in call center/BPO ( preferable)

Salary: Tk. 18000 - 20000 (Monthly)
