Job Responsibilities:
∎ To respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
∎ To address client concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
∎ To Assist in the preparation of property listings and marketing materials.
∎ To co-ordinate property showings and viewings.
∎ To maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
∎ To support the customer service team in resolving client issues.
∎ To participate in training and development programs as required.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years working experience as Team Leader, Customer Care.
∎ Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
