Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have a MBBS medical degree and post-graduation in public health from a reputed medical/university.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up day-to-day activities.
∎ Providing technical support to medical personnel.
∎ Representing Inter Health externally to client organizations within the governmental, non-governmental.
∎ Adhere to attendance and punctuality norms.
∎ Interview associates to ensure the quality of hire.
∎ Identify trends and opportunities to improve process.
∎ Repeat target to meet as per process.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in the medical sector.
∎ Should have at least 5 years of experience in managing health call centers and e-health / m-health services.

∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate others
∎ Experience of working in a multidisciplinary, multi-cultural team.
∎ Ability to motivate and support team in stressful situations.
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
